Since the foundation of Sanyou Bio 7 years ago, Sanyou has kept growing rapidly, and with a total number of employees exceeding 300 in July 2022. As the business continues to climb, the brand-new office building of Sanyou Bio will be put into use at the end of the year. The new office building can accommodate over 500 people. This will be another new starting point in the company's growth journey.

The new building is conveniently located near the Lianhang Road subway station of Line 8, just a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station. The entire building has 9 floors totally, each floor has an area of approximately 1,150 m2, and the total construction area is approximately 10,500 m2. The 1st floor is a multi-functional area, the 3rd and 4th floors are office areas, the 2nd floor and from 5th to 9th floors are R&D labs and associated supporting offices.

The multi-functional area on the first floor has the features of cultural display, relaxation, themed morning meetings and the fitness for employees. Display cases are everywhere with company brochures and product books to show the corporate culture and company business. There are coffee machines and snacks in the recreation area to meet employees' relaxation needs. During the morning meetings, the spacious multi-purpose area can accommodate all employees. When off duty, the gym can provide a wide variety of exercises.

The office area on the 3rd and 4th floors has more than 100 workstations on each floor, equipped with several meeting rooms and tea break zones, which can simultaneously meet the needs of multi-departmental collaboration and business negotiation. Each floor is equipped with two nursery rooms which provide comfort and convenience for working mothers. The green plants everywhere bring vitality to the space and add a sense of comfort to the working environment.

The experimental area has a reasonable layout of laboratories and associated supporting offices to meet the needs of R&D staff for experimental operations and data processing. All experimental areas are built in accordance with relevant national design specifications and safety requirements. The increase in overall laboratory space will be accompanied by the introduction of more new instruments and equipment to match the rapid growth of the business.
