On October 28, 2016, the signingceremony for signingof the strategic investment and cooperation agreement between Shanghai ZJ Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. and Sanyou Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was held in the banquet hall on the third floor of Shanghai Sunkist International Hotel.
